1000 CNY/150 USD (Including broadcast live online and 3 months playback, the playback link is available in the Personal Center).

Offline

Early Bird (before October 19): Regular 2000 CNY/300 USD /Student (including postdoc) 1000 CNY/150 USD 
Regular (from October 20 through November 15): Regular 2500 CNY/370 USD/Student (including postdoc) 1500 CNY/225 USD 

Offline participants can also get 3 months playback, the playback link is available in the Personal Center.

Registration Cancellation Policy

If you have requests for refund of conference registration fees, please contact us (yangkun@mail.hzau.edu.cn) and they will be processed under the following schedule. Note: The bank may charge additional fees for your transfer.

Refund requests received:

before October 19 = 90% refund 

from October 20 through November 10 = 50% refund 

after November 11 = no refund.

Note: 

The above charging standards are based on the actual time when the account is received, and the successful payment will be regarded as a valid registration. If in-person events are cancelled due to issues related to the current COVID-19 epidemic, offline fees will be refunded in full after deducting the virtual registration fee.

China (Except for HZAU) 

You can pay your registration fee by UnionPay or Alipay.

Overseas
You can pay your registration fee by bank transfer.

Teachers and students of HZAU
You can pay your registration fee through HZAU's internal transfer. 

Invoices

Please carefully check the invoice information when registering, once submitted, it cannot be changed. Offline participants and Chinese online participants will receive the invoice after the conference. Other participants will receive the invoice within 5 business days after payment receipt.
