The above charging standards are based on the actual time when the account is received, and the successful payment will be regarded as a valid registration. If in-person events must be cancelled due to issues related to the current COVID-19 epidemic, offline fees will be refunded in full after deducting the virtual registration fee.

Invoice

Please carefully check the invoice information when registering, once submitted, it cannot be changed. Offline participants will receive the invoice during the conference. Chinese online participants will receive invoices after the conference. Other participants will receive invoices within 24 hours after payment successfully.

Registration Cancellation Policy

If you have requests for refund of conference registration fees, please contact us (hortres-conference@njau.edu.cn) and will be processed under the following schedule. Note: The bank may charge additional fees for your transfer.

Refund requests received

before June 19 = 90% refund 

from June 20 through July 10 = 50% refund 

after July 11 = no refund
